Chennai, India. This boy insisted that I photograph him jumping into the river. His expression and the timing just happened to work out, perfectly.
Valparaíso, Chile. This chilean boy from Santiago came to visit Valparaíso for the weekend. It was his first time riding one of the diagonal elevators. With immense curiosity, he couldn’t keep his eyes from staring out the window the entire ride.
Chennai, India. This child was sitting in his stairwell eating dinner. He used a palm leaf as a plate which is common in this area. For these meals, utensils are not utilized — only hands. There is a tactile sensation that is lost with a fork and knife and this sensation adds a completely new dimension to the eating experience.
